How do you check your balance? You can check the balance at any time using the link provided when you purchased.

Can gift cards be reloaded? No, unfortunately you can't reload a gift card.

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code? Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

Delivery is free within the UK on orders over £30.

For orders under £30 standard delivery is £2.95. 

Prints & Framed Prints

All Green Lili prints and framed prints are made to order. 

Delivered within the UK: 2-3 days
Delivered within Europe: 3-5 days
Rest of world: 5-10 days

Large Framed Canvas Art

Our large framed canvas art is made to order. Processing takes up to 14 working days and all items are shipped with a trackable courier service.

Rugs

All of our rugs are shipped direct from our supplier in the UK to you via courier within 3-5 working days. We work closely with our supplier to ensure that your rug is packaged to the highest standards and protected while in transit.

Returns Policy

We always want you to be happy with your new art so if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for a replacement or full refund. 

If for any reason your item does not arrive in the promised condition, please contact us with a photo of the damaged artwork and we can arrange a refund or replacement.
