Refund policy

We hope you love your pieces of Green Lili art. If you're not 100% happy with your order, or your item arrived faulty or damaged in transit, please get in touch with a photo of the damaged artwork, and we'll make it right. Faulty or damaged items should be reported to us within 14 days.

As we make everything to order, we do ask you to choose carefully before you buy. If you change your mind, you can return your item for a full refund. Please contact us with your order number and reason for return, and we will let you know the next steps. Please note that any custom or personalised products are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.

For all returns, items must be in their original condition and packaging and returned within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not offer free returns, so we advise you choose a fully tracked service so that you know that it has arrived back with us safely. The items are your responsibility until they reach Green Lili.

Once we have received and inspected the items, a refund will be issued within 7 working days.

International Returns

As everything is made to order, we are unable to offer returns to customers outside of the UK.
