Refund policy

We hope you love your pieces of Green Lili art. If you're not 100% happy or change your mind, please get in touch with your order number and reason, and we'll be happy to discuss your options.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your artwork has arrived faulty or damaged in transit, please get in touch with a photo of the damaged artwork and the packaging, and we'll make it right. On most occasions, we will offer a free replacement. Faulty or damaged items must be reported to us within 14 days.

UK Returns

If you change your mind and you are based in the UK, you can return your item for a full refund. As we make everything to order, we do not offer a free return service and are unable to provide a return label. For this reason, we always ask you to choose carefully before buying.

Please ensure every effort has been made to package the items to their original condition. Due to the nature of these products, they do not tend to travel well if not packaged correctly. We recommend you choose a fully tracked and insured service so you know it has arrived back with us safely. The items are your responsibility until they reach Green Lili.

  • For all returns, items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all corner protectors and bubble wrap and returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items returned without corner protectors, bubble wrap, or not being packaged correctly will not be refunded.
  • Once we have received and inspected the items, a refund will be issued within seven working days.

International Returns

As everything is made to order, we do not offer returns to customers outside of the UK. If your item is damaged or faulty, please get in touch, and we will make it right.

Custom or Personalised Artwork

Please note that any custom or personalised products are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.

Trade Orders

As per our trade terms, we do not accept returns from trade customers who received special pricing, including any discounts, unless damaged or faulty. Please get in touch for a copy of our trade terms.
