Can I use my gift card on any product? Yes, you can use your gift card on any products on the website except to purchase another gift card.
Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase? Yes, you can redeem another gift card during checkout.
How do you check your balance? You can check the balance at any time using the link provided when you purchased.
Can gift cards be reloaded? No, unfortunately you can't reload a gift card.
Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code? Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.
Delivery is free within the UK on orders over £30.
For orders under £30 standard delivery is £2.95 on prints, framed prints & canvas.

All Green Lili prints and framed prints are made to order. Our standard manufacturing time is approx. 3-5 working days, after which all items are shipped with a trackable courier service.
Shipping times: UK & Europe: 1 – 2 working days Rest of world: 3 – 5 working days

Our fully wrapped canvas art is made to order. Processing takes 5-7 days and all items are shipped on a 24 hour trackable courier service.
Large Framed Canvas Art
Our large framed canvas art is made to order. Processing takes up to 14 working days and all items are shipped with a trackable courier service.
All of our candles are shipped direct from QUINN in the UK to you via Royal Mail 2nd Class tracked delivery within 3-5 working days. We work closely with our supplier to ensure that your candle is packaged to the highest standards and protected while in transit.
Please note as candles are personalised they are not eligible for return.

We always want you to be happy with your new art so if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for a replacement or full refund.
If for any reason your item does not arrive in the promised condition, please contact us with a photo of the damaged artwork and we can arrange a refund or replacement.
